Three Beliefs about Purpose
My three beliefs, firmly held, on purpose statements.
- Purpose statements are useful. They help us navigate, motivate and filter out the noise.
- Putting an imperfect purpose statement into practice is infinitely better than crafting the perfect statement.
- Crafting a purpose statement from the cuttings of other statements is more effective than beginning with a blank page.
